Bather Streched Out on the Floor is pastel artwork by the French artist Edgar Degas. It is painted in 1886-88. Degas draw and paint a noted number of artworks regarding women drying themselves with towels, combing their hair and bathing. His portraits are notable for their psychological complexity and depiction of human isolation. The painting is now in the collection of the Musée d'Orsay, Paris, France.
